James Wesley Stivers (1959 - ) is a former Pentecostal minister, with a background in Methodism and Reformed Presbyterianism, who has in recent years given himself to extensive research in Church History. A frequent lecturer and author of several books, he now serves as the Presiding Overseer of the Cambrian Episcopal Church of the Grail, a Celtic church teaching Grail theology.
He lives with his wife and seven children near Moscow, Idaho.
