James Wesley Stivers (1959 - ) has been an avid student of the Bible and Christian antiquities for over thirty years. He was formerly a Pentecostal minister and a Christian Reconstructionist before embracing Grail theology in the early 1990s. He became the Presiding Overseer of the Cambrian Episcopal Church of the Grail in 1995 and continues to serve in that capacity.
